We envision awakened people who, as a nation and world,
will rise up in solidarity, unity, and in triumphant rebirth
from the ashes of captivity,
to pure universal compassion for true world change.
To awaken, empower, and advance global maturation by developing viable and sustainable standards to save our planet and its’ inhabitants from needless want and suffering.
· We believe that governments/states should recognize the right to housing and shelter as basic human rights and protect these rights.
We believe that governments/states should recognize the right to housing first, over funding for shelters as basic human rights and protect these rights.
· We believe homelessness is the result of governments’ systemic failing to implement the right to housing and adopting a "housing first policy."
· We believe that poverty is the result of governments’ systemic failures.
· We believe homeless individuals should be a protected class under governments’ constitutional laws.
· We believe that the act of government/state agencies in depriving citizens of housing and shelter are gross human rights violations.
· We believe that any ruling government, by right, owes its’ citizens a duty to complete transparency and oversight of local, state, and federal governments and tax-exempt agencies.
· Churches and other religious entities should truly be separated, transparent, operated independently, autonomous, and in no way be subordinate to the civil government.
· We believe that states which pay less than minimum wage in institutional facilities are practicing a form of slavery. This is especially true, giving that:
*New legislation would allow military service in lieu of prison time, so I guess a prisoner could avoid prison by military service, while others are not good enough to make minimum wage.
*Prison firefighters die on their job for such a heroic and dangerous job,
*Individual prisoners owe thousands of dollars in collection debts, restitutions, child support. If they were able to pay off debts while in prison, it will afford greater means of success upon release (significantly lowering recidivism rate of prison return) by giving them life's basic necessities (shelter and housing) which they are otherwise impeded on acquiring (e.g., vehicle, housing & RV rentals and purchases due to poor credit scores.
· We believe the practice of using taxpayers' money to pay towards any pension of any congress member who has been convicted of a felony is unjust and unlawful.
· We believe in living sustainably as stewards to our planet and its biodiversity, holding nature (and all life) as valuable and sacred.
· We believe that through sustainable development that the world’s housing crisis, homelessness, and poverty can be severely alleviated and/or eradicated.
These beliefs listed do not encompass the entirety of our ministry's mindset. Nor are they required to be embraced as a whole.
Nor should they be used as an impediment for those truly seeking true world change in ending poverty, homelessness, and needless suffering.
In 2010, the Obama Administration declared the vision of Opening Doors to be centered on the belief that “no one should experience homelessness, no one should be without a safe, stable place to call home.”
As a homeless person, I have lived on the sidewalks on the streets Downtown ("The Bottoms"), San Diego, without a true safe, stable place to call “home”, in daily fear of police harassment, loss of personal property, attack and felt hopeless and uncared for.
There I met and spoke and helped as I could (.e.g., homeless outreach assistance, gathering information,
or just a listening a compassionate ear to listen to all their pain and suffering they shared).
Whether caused by abuse that they have experienced in their own life, or in effort to escape the pain of abuse within their own lives, I personally witnessed the many broken, lost and/or stuck in a downward spiral of drugs and/or alcohol homeless individuals.
Many have lost trust from betrayal from institutions and/or individuals who have failed to make a true difference in their beautiful life’s.
Many embrace the belief that no one truly cares for them or can truly bring betterment into their life’s.
As a result they are silent on their issues.
There pain and suffering, as well as that within my own life drove me to make a difference within my own life, but in so many lives.
I TRULY CARE FOR ALL THOSE SUFFERING IN HOMELESS AND POVERTY, AND BELIEVE IN EACH OF YOU TO FIND THAT LIGHT, THAT LOVE, WITHIN YOU TO SHINE FOR YOUR BETTER PRESENCE AND FUTURE.
I AM WITH YOU.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
YOU ARE CARED FOR.
YOU MATTER.
ALL LIVES MATTERS
TOGETHER, WE CAN MAKE TRUE WORLD CHANGE WITHIN OUR OWN LIVES, BUT IN SO MANY OTHERS.

Despite the personal hardships that I have experienced and endured in my own life, including but not limited to being raised in a dysfunctional family, placed in state care as a child and suffered drug addiction throughout my life, and experienced chronic homelessness,
I am devoted to touching and changing the lives of others.
I believe in ultimate forgiveness and the power within each of us to make catalyst change for betterment, not only within our own lives, but in the lives of others.
Coalition for True World Change is the first Free-Church ministry formed “by the homeless, for the homeless.”
As such, our team is comprised of individuals who are presently or formerly homeless, gathered in cooperation to the pursuits of ending poverty, homelessness, and needless suffering within our communities and worldwide.
We are devoted to stewardship to our planet and all its inhabitants for their greater good.
PLEASE HELP US, JOIN US TO HELP SAVE AND ENRICH THE LIVES OF OTHERS.
The first kitty to steal our hearts in May 2020 was Cali. Having seen an ad on Craigslist where someone was offering kittens from a litter, Karina's husband attempted (but failed) a surprise reveal. Her name could have been "Pretty Babies" but Cali won out.
Cali is the troublemaker of the quartet, often being where she shouldn't be. Her curiosity definitely doesn't help, either...
She loves laying on the lap of whoever will let her at the moment, chirping when asked if she loves one or both of us!
Cali loves going outside on a harness and leash to explore and will constantly go by the door and meow to express this desire.
She, plus the other three, love peering out the windows to see the birds and other activity outside, meaning our curtains have taken a beating!
She is definitely a daddy's girl, though she is warming up to Karina more recently. Cali is her own cat though, and prefers her solitude, making her wishes known quite clearly if you push her buttons.
Tia joined the fray about a year after Cali, in July of 2021. A successful surprise this time, her name was chosen when Karina started saying some options out loud, and the little kitty rolled over and started purring when hearing the name, "Tia Dalma". We call her Tia for short, and boy was she living up to the name before she was snipped!
She would hide often and this was the reason for a number of potential panic attacks as the whole place would be practically moved around just to find her. As time has passed, though, she has started to slowly come out of her shell!
Tia is a shy kitty who tends to keep to herself but has her loving, attention-seeking days as well. She likes her privacy but loves coming out to seek attention- on her terms of course! When we do try to pick her up against her will, her squeaks and struggles make you quickly let her back down.
Tia has her hands- well paws- full attempting to keep the sisters in line. That said, she too gets her own moments of playfulness and joins whoever may be zooming around in their chaos!
Tangie and her sister Foxie were both playing with each other when we went to see some kittens offered on Facebook. They were being kept in a chicken coop which had feces everywhere. The choice of which kitty to get was hard, as Karina was torn between the two. The owner sold us two for one ($20), sadly commenting to his wife that people weren't coming to get kittens.
Tangie is the lovebug of the group, always seeking attention (and snacks) from anyone around. She loves plastering herself to your side at night and exercises her insta-purr motor often. It's also not a rarity to see her sleeping or getting distracted from something and winding up with a bit of a blep going! So cute!
Taking after Tia, Tangie isn't always up for being held but loves to perch on your shoulders at times or just lay in your lap. She, like Cali, loves her outdoors time, exploring the big world outside her home.
This little kitty has a big appetite- she's always wrapping around the feet of anyone making food, begging for any scraps or just a taste of what's being made. She's quite the little scavenger, and her sister is right alongside her!
After we brought Foxie and Tangie home, it wasn't long before the plight the sisters had been in stirred something up... Karina wanted to create a sanctuary for cats to live, free from feces-covered coops or other poor living conditions, where they could be cared for and loved for their entire lives.
Curious from the start, Foxie was quick to start exploring her new surroundings. Her sister, more shy at first, took a little longer to blossom into her current self.
Foxie is a feisty youngster who loves being held, brushed, and (when she feels like it) playing fetch with a toy mouse!
She loves to roughhouse with her sister, Tangie. Foxie takes after Cali in some ways, getting in trouble often enough to earn the nickname, "Cali Jr."
Foxie seems to have two personalities- the lovebug side, or her chaotic "wild-hair-up-her-butt" status. The latter usually riles her sister up, and the two will zoom back and forth, tumbling and wrestling around. This has led to scratches on anyone who happens to be in their way.
Currently, Cali is the only one fully vaccinated, while Tangie and Foxie have had some of their various series, and have been microchipped. Tia still needs any shots. All four are spayed already. We are trying various treatments to eliminate and prevent fleas, along with potential worms in at least one.
Funds would go to the continued care of our feline mascots, and any emergency medical care they may need.
As time passes and the cat sanctuary comes to fruition, these funds will also be used for any other feline friends who join us!
Please make sure to include whether the funds are for medical care, the sanctuary, or any other aspect you wish to aid.
This Ministry was formed “By the Homeless for the Homeless.”
Since this Ministry’s inception and as of today’s date (10/23/2023), no outside funding has been requested or received by the Ministry.
ABOUT FOUNDING
Ms. Anderson (who receives limited earned income and struggles with living expenses in San Diego, California) has exclusively been funding the requirements and works (e.g., domain names, website builder, gas, electricity, copies, mailing and postage, research, web design and content writing, homeless resource, and outreach assistance) of the Ministry.
Due to her financial hardship, she currently operates the ministry out of her trailer and vehicle and only able to invest part-time to fulfilling and accomplishing the Mission of this Ministry.
Despite such, she remains true to the cause of helping the world’s people towards true world change, saving, and enriching the lives of the mass.
We pray that others, will truly recognize the great importance of this Ministry's mission, and our projected goals of helping the mass and will rise up, join, and assist by any means they can.

Ama-Gi Eco-Villages will provide healthy and safe environments for a small number of low-income residents, including artists and musicians who are unhoused and desire to transition out of chronic homelessness, through eco-village development training and employment in the areas of 3D printed sustainable tiny town house design and manufacturing.
In turn, these individuals will share their distinct creative talents and skills (e.g., music, art, design and constructing) in such a way that enriches everyone for the purpose of creating branches of Ama-gi (Freedom) Eco-villages throughout the United States (and eventually around the world).
